JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This application has been sent through jail for releasing the applicant on furlough.
2. It appears that the applicant is in jail since last more than 4 years and 8 months. He has been convicted to suffer six years of imprisonment with fine for offence under Sec.147, 148, 149, 307, 323 and 324 of IPC and as per the jail report, when he was released since 2007, he surrendered late by seven days but he himself surrendered. His jail conduct is also good. Considering these facts, this application is required to be allowed for certain period.
3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is partly allowed. Jail authority is directed to release the applicant on furlough for a period of fourteen days from the date of his release. Applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority immediately after the aforesaid period is over.
