(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) This application has been filed seeking permission to pursue the appeal as indigent persons. Learned Counsel for the applicants however submitted that after filing of the application, certain developments have taken place due to which, the applicants cannot be said to be the persons in indigent condition. He therefore prays for withdrawal of this application and prays for time for payment of court fees. However, time upto 31st March, 2012 is granted to pay the court fees. This Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly as withdrawn.
