Sri Yogendra Kumar has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 1 which is taken on record.
Heard Sri G.C. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent corporation, Sri Yogendra Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under article 226 of the constitution, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 8th November, 2019 by which the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner has not offered the land suitable for the location advertized.
Be that as it may.
Since the petitioner has liberty to raise his grievance by moving appropriate complaint against the order impugned as per clause-18 of the brochure/guidelines, we hereby provide that in case, the petitioner moves an appropriate application as per clause-18 of the guidelines along with a draft of Rs 5,000/- to be drawn in favour of the corporation within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the corporation by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
