The petitioner's grievance as raised in this petition is to the effect that he was appointed as Peon in Bamaur Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Ltd. on contractual basis on 06.10.2012. His honorarium has not been paid.
Shri K.B.Singh appearing for respondents no. 7 and 8 has received instructions to say that all dues of the petitioner have already been paid. However, if some dues are left, the petitioner may make his representation to respondent no. 2 (Joint Commissioner & Dy. Registrar Cooperative Society U.P. Jhansi Region, Jhansi), who shall thereafter decided the same.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation with regard to his remaining dues to respondent no. 2, within a period of two weeks along with a certified copy of this order.
The respondent no. 2 shall, after hearing the Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Ltd., Bamaur, District Jhansi, shall pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a further period of three months.
