JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court on 08.02.2012 accorded three weeks' and no more time to file counter affidavit. On the matter being taken up today, Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned standing counsel made a statement that requisite information has been furnished, but as election process was on in the State and the courts were also closed on account of holi vacations, counter affidavit could not be brought on record. He requests that the matter may be taken up after two weeks, by which time in all eventuality order would be complied with. On this request being made, this Court adjourns for two weeks.
