On 12.03.2012 this Court passed the following order:
"This Court on 08.02.2012 accorded three weeks' and no more time to file counter affidavit. On the matter being taken up today, Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned standing counsel made a statement that requisite information has been furnished, but as election process was on in the State and the courts were also closed on account of holi vacations, counter affidavit could not be brought on record. He requests that the matter may be taken up after two weeks, by which time in all eventuality order would be complied with. On this request being made, this Court adjourns for two weeks.
List this case on 27.03.2012."
On the matter being taken up today, there is no response. In view of this, interim mandamus is issued to the Principal Secretary, Samaj Kalyan, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow, as well as to the Director, Samaj Kalyan, U.P., Lucknow to forthwith reimburse petitioner's fees as per the list according to the Government Order within next four weeks from receiving of the certified copy of the order or show cause, as to why said reimbursement has not been made.
List after six weeks.
