Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners are wanted in Case Crime No. 877 of 2017 under Sections 147, 148, 186, 336, 342, 353, 504, 506 IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law (amendment) Act, 1932, Police Station Sikandarpur, District Ballia and the allegations in the F.I.R indicate a large scale disruption of public peace giving rise to a law and order siutation .
The allegations are that the accused had indulged into the activities alleged in the F.I.R. during the student union elections of Sri Bajrang P.G. College, Dadar, Ballia WE have gone through the contents of the F.I.R. and the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated which is a matter of investigation. Keeping in view the nature of the large scale of reported student violence, we are not inclined to quash the F.I.R. leaving it open to the petitioners to apply for bail which shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
