Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents 1 to 4; and perused the record.
The prayer in this petition is to command the respondents to permit the petitioners to conduct their trade and business in the name and style of M/s. Jai Brick Field, which has been registered for GST.
Upon a pointed query as to who is interfering in the running of the business of the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the District Administration is not allowing the petitioners to run their brick kiln business.
Upon query whether the petitioners possess licence to run brick kiln business, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has not been able to obtain any document in that regard.
In view of the above, no relief, as prayed for, can be granted to the petitioner. The petition is dismissed by leaving it open to the petitioner to apply for licence/no objection certificates to the authorities concerned.
