Heard Shri Rahul Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and Shri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.
Petitioner is before this Court with following principal reliefs:-
"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to release the amount of gratuity and provident fund and other retiral dues+interest in favour of the petitioner forthwith;
(ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.
2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 19.1.2021 pending before him, expeditiously and within the stipulated period."
Shri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and a suitable direction be issued to respondent no. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, this writ petition is disposed of asking the respondent No. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pay the admissible dues to the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
