JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
This application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the bail application of the applicant.
I am not inclined to quash the summoning order.
However, this application is disposed of with the direction that in the even, the applicants appear before the court concerned and apply for bail within three weeks from today in the criminal case no. 547 of 2010, under section-419,420 IPC P.S.-Vindhyanchal, District- Mirzapur, arising out of case crime no. 519 of 2007, under section 419,420,467,468,379,504 and 506 IPC, P.S.- Vindhyanchal, District- Mirzapur, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, preferably if possible on the same day in fonformation with the principles laid down by the Apex Court in the case Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others (2009) 4 SCC, 437.
For a period of four weeks', no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant.
