ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in issuing proceedings, No. Rc.N0341/AKEYYSR Nagar/ 2014, dated 16.09.2014, directing respondent No.5 to initiate criminal complainants against petitioners for the alleged shortfall/deficiencies in construction quality of Indiramma houses constructed by them in terms of various tenders floated by respondent No.5 as being illegal, arbitrary, motivated and nonest and consequently, to set aside the same.”
At the hearing, Sri Y.Siva Prasad Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.36501 of 2014 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
