ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 17-3-2011 in I.A.No.533 of 2010 in O.S.No.781 of 2008 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendranagar.
This Court dismissed the Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution on 20-9-2012. However, by order dated 31-12-2013 in CRPMP No.6704 of 2012, the Revision Petition was restored to file.
On 21-4-2014, Counsel for the petitioner was not present. Therefore the case was adjourned. Even on 5-6- 2014, there was no representation for the petitioner, on account of which the case was further adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. From the persistent absence of the Counsel for the petitioner, it is reasonable to presume that she is not interested in pursuing her cause in the case. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non- prosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.3393 of 2012 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
