JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) This is an application for fixing early date of final hearing of the First Appeal.
We find that earlier this very applicant had moved Civil Application No.8955/2011 and same came to be rejected on the ground that appeal is of year 2008 and same can wait for its turn. In this application, applicant has not made out any special ground for fixing early hearing of the appeal. Hence this application is dismissed.
