Heard learned counsel for the parties. On 29.09.2011 Notice was issued by this Court on account of the mis-representation made by learned counsel Mr. Acharya. Today, Mr. Motiramani learned counsel for respondent has submitted on record a copy of the letter of resignation addressed to the Convener by the petitioner. From the said letter, it is clear that the letter has not been addressed to the Commissioner, Family Welfare Centre, for which purpose Notice was issued earlier. Hence, only on this ground, the petition is not entertained and is, accordingly, rejected. Notice is discharged.
