Heard Mr.Mehta, learned advocate for applicant, Ms.Raval, learned APP for respondent No.1 State and Mr. Majmudar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in Special Criminal Application No.3551 of 2012.
The learned counsel appearing for the parties have relied on the documents at Annexure-C and Annexure-D of Special Criminal Application No.3551 of 2012 and claimed that the dispute being private dispute in nature, is settled. Therefore, the parties have jointly requested to quash the FIR.
Hence, Rule. At the time of final hearing of the matter, the Court will consider the option of requiring the petitioners of this petition and petitioners of Special Criminal Application No.3551 of 2012 to pay appropriate amount towards cost.
