Deputy vs Sardarbhai

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) RULE returnable on 26.04.2012. On the condition that the applicants deposit before the Trial Court, 50% of the amount awarded by the impugned award alongwith proportionate cost and interest on or before the returnable date, there shall be stay against execution and operation of the impugned award.
