JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though served, none appears for respondent No.1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial court has erred in recording a finding that there was no material for the first offence and directed the petitioner-company to accept the compounding charges in the case of second offence.
Considering the above, issue Rule returnable on 7.5.2012.
