JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The cause list shows that Notice qua respondent No.1 is served. However respondent No.1 is not present and nobody has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No.1. Therefore, as of now when the matter is called out and taken up for hearing respondent No.1 is neither represented nor present.
2. So as to allow an opportunity to the respondent No.1 to enter appearance and oppose the petition if the said respondent wants to, hearing is adjourned to 16.7.2012.
