Mr.
N.K. Majmudar, learned advocate for the respondent appears on caveat and seeks time to file further affidavit. Mr. H.S. Munshaw, learned advocate for the petitioners states that on one hand, time is being asked to file the further affidavit and on the other hand, the respondent is present for implementation of the order impugned in this petition. Mr. N.K. Majmudar further states that he may be permitted to file further affidavit. To enable him to do so, S.O. to 2.3.2012. Mr. N.K.Majmudar assures this Court that till then, the respondent shall not insist for implementation of the order impugned in this petition.
