1. When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing nobody has appeared on behalf of the respondent No.1. The Cause List shows that the notice is served qua respondent No.1.

2. As a last chance time is granted to the respondent No.1 to enter his appearance and to oppose the petition if he so desires. Let fresh Notice go to respondent No.1 with such intimation.

3. If, on the next date the respondent himself or through advocate does not appear, the Court may pass appropriate order on merits.

4. Fresh Notice returnable on 23.7.2012. Interim relief, if any, to continue till then.
