1. On 28.11.2011, this Court has passed the following order:
"The endorsement on the Board indicates that notice issued to respondent No.1 has not been received back, either served or unserved. The Registry to await service of notice upon the said respondent.
List on 13.12.2011.
The ad-interim relief granted earlier, shall continue till then."
2. Today, when the matter was called out, none appeared for respondent No.1. Hence, Rule.
3. Ms.Archna Raval, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent No.2.
