After hearing Ms. Moxa Thakkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader and after going through the reasons given in the application for condonation of delay, we are convinced that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from preferring the appeals within the period of limitation. We, thus, condone the delay in preferring the appeals.
