The impugned award passed by the learned Industrial Tribunal is stayed on the following conditions:
(I) The original beneficiaries pursuant to the reference i.e. 18 persons referred in the reference will be given benefit of regular employee with effect from 15.03.2011.
(II) No adverse action shall be taken against those employees without permission of this Court.
