JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned execution petition in EA No.11/2008 in COP No.42/2002 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Tuticorin.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum in COP No.42/2002 whereby, some compensation amount was directed to be paid to the respondent. Though such a challenge has been made in this writ petition, today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire amount, as directed in the impugned order has already been paid along with interest to the respondent and in this regard, he has produced a communication dated 27.07.2016.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said amount payable to the respondent has been paid to him and the same has been received by him. Therefore, both the counsel submit that the issue has already been settled.
5. In view of the said submissions made by the learned respective counsel and after having taken on record, the said proceeding dated 27.07.2016, this writ petition is disposed of, as the issue, since has been settled out of Court, during the pendency of the writ petition and no further issue is pending in this writ petition for further direction. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
