Heard Ms. Bhaya, learned advocate for the petitioner. The cause list shows that notice is served to respondent No.1. On 18.6.2012 also, this aspect was noticed and the Court has recorded the same in the order of even date.
Despite service, the respondents have not entered appearance and have not resisted the petition.
The Court has stayed the implementation and operation of the impugned judgment and order in present petition since September- 2011.
In view of the fact that despite service, the respondents have not opposed the petition and have not entered appearance, following order is passed.
"Rule.
Ad-interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 14.9.2011 shall continue until final hearing and decision in present matter."
Since present order is passed in absence of the respondent No.1, it would be open for the respondent No.1 to make appropriate application, after entering appearance, for modification in present order.
