JUDGMENT / ORDER

Neither the respondent No.1 is present, nor anyone has entered appearance on her behalf. So as to enable the respondent No.1 to enter appearance, opportunity was granted under order dated 28.6.2012. Even after the said opportunity, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent No.1 and the respondent No.1 has also not attended the hearing.
The contentions raised by the petitioner have thus, remained uncontroverted. Therefore, the petition is admitted and the ad- interim relief, granted earlier by the Court, is directed to be continued until final hearing and disposal.
