It is reported by learned AGP that pursuant to the impugned award passed by the Labour Court, the respondent-workman has not reported for duty. Though served, none appears on behalf of the respondent. It appears that the respondent-workmen is not interested in serving with the petitioner-Department. In above view of the matter, the impugned award of the Labour Court, Surendranagar rendered in Reference (LCS) No.13/2000 dated 25.05.2007 is not disturbed and the same is confirmed. The petition is accordingly dismissed. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. Liberty to apply in case of difficulty.
