(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) 1. The petitioner claims that his land falls within 300 meters of Gamtal land and therefore, it cannot be acquired.

2. With regard to the grievance, the petitioner shall make a detailed representation before respondent No. 1 by 20th November 2012. In case such a representation is made by the petitioner, it shall be decided by the respondent No. 1 in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, within a further period of three weeks.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.

Direct service to respondent No. 1 is permitted today.
