(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It is stated by the learned A.G.P. that the judgment for awarding compensation in respect of the other lands located at village Velanwada is carried before this Court in First Appeal No. 1087 of 2011 and allied matters and those appeals are admitted.

Since no application for interim stay has been preferred in these appeals, it is observed that the FA/2331/2012 2/2 ORDER original claimants shall be at liberty to execute the judgment and award of the Reference Court unless there is prohibitory order of the competent forum known to law.
