Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, Shri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3 and Shri Manoj kumar Srivatava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no. 4 and 5.
Petitioner has prayed for a mandamus to be issued to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in terms of the Government Order dated 24.02.2016 read with earlier Government Orders issued from time to time in this regard.
The case of the petitioner has already been forwarded repeatedly for regularization due to administrative mistake his case has not been considered. He has filed a detailed representation to the respondent no. 2, 3 and 4, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure-11 to the writ petition.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and in terms of various Government Orders issued from time to time, by means of a reasoned speaking order preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before the competent authority.
