The writ court had disposed of the petition vide order dated 25.03.2015, directing the appropriate authority to consider and decide the petition regarding encroachment of village pond.
It is urged by learned counsel for the applicant that pursuant, thereof, the concerned Tehsildar had passed an order for removing encroachment from the village pond.
It is informed that order of Tehsildar has been set aside in revision and the matter is now pending before the Tehsildar.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to participate in the pending proceedings before the concerned Tehsildar.
