Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

The record of the lower court be summoned. Counter affidavit , if any, may be filed to the date fixed. The applicant/accused person is alleged to have been enlarge on bail for only one month. Let the bail of same bail order be continued till disposal of this Crl. Appeal subject to filing a fresh bail bonds for appearance in this bail by the appearance on the same terms and conditions before the Trial Court within fifteen days. The fresh bail bonds be also transmitted to this Court along with the record of the learned lower Court. Meanwhile the operation of the order/judgment and sentence shall remain stayed till the disposal of this application.
