It is submitted by Ms.Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner that though order is passed on 12.03.2012 by learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Surat below Exh.6 in Special Civil Suit No.125 of 2012, no notice has been issued by the Commissioner nor Panchnama is carried by the Commissioner.

In view of above, Notice and Notice as to interim relief returnable on 22.01.2013. Meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of para 7(B) is granted.

Direct service is permitted.
