JUDGMENT:
This second appeal arises out of judgment and decree dated 12.05.2011 in A.S.No.105 of 2006 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ongole, whereby he has confirmed the judgment and decree dated 08.05.2006 in O.S.No.63 of 2001 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ongole.
After hearing the elaborate arguments of Mr. K. Ananda Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, I do not find any substantial question of law arising in this second appeal filed against the concurrent judgments of the Courts below.
Hence, the second appeal is dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the second appeal, S.A.M.P.No.2561 of 2013 stands disposed of as infructuous.
