On 31.03.2014 an interim order came to be passed that proper and effective police protection be extended to petitioner and her family members, in the light of causing an injury to petitioner.
Now 5th respondent's counsel submits, he will undertake that no attack whatsoever would be caused to petitioner and her family members. However, having regard to the altercations between parties and in the light of strained relationship between them, we direct the police to keep a vigil on the activities of 5th respondent and attend to need of petitioner without delay, whenever she requires such assistance.
With these observations, this writ petition is closed.
