JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree, dated 12.08.2008, in O.S.No.1318 of 2004, on the file of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.
A memorandum of compromise has been filed by the appellant and respondents settling terms of compromise.
Sri P.R.Prasad, learned counsel, who has filed special vakalat for all the parties, stated that the appellant has agreed to vacate the suit premises and handover the possession of the same to the respondents and the respondents in turn agreed to waive the claim for damages.
In the light of the above-mentioned memorandum of compromise which shall form part of the record, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry shall draw up the decree in terms of the compromise memo.
As a sequel to disposal of the appeal suit, A.S.M.P.N.o.2044 of 2008 and A.S.M.P.No.900 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
