Heard Sri Rakesh Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present habeas corpus petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to produce the corpus, i.e. Smt. Deji @ Shubhi before this Court and hand over her custody in favour of her husband.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by Abhineet Tiwari for getting release the corpus Smt. Deji @ Shubhi, who is his legally wedded wife and has been illegally detained by her father, i.e. respondent no.3 and she may be summoned by this Court.
I do not find any good ground to interfere in this habeas corpus petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the said fact, he has remedy to file an application under the Hindu Marriage Act.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
