For Petitioner : Mr.P.G.Thiyagu O R D E R The plaintiff in O.S.No.79 of 2009 on the file of III Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the plaintiffs have filed the suit in O.S.No.79 of 2009 for partition. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2009, the same has not yet been disposed of. That apart, the learned counsel also submitted that in view of the long pendency of the matter, the plaintiffs are put to hardship and prejudice.
3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the III Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.79 of 2009 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
