Sri Kavereppa 2/2 ORDER Mr.Aniyan Joseph, Adv. for petitioner-ABSENT Though the name of Mr.Aniyan Joseph, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-The Defence Estate Officer, Karnataka and Goa Circle, Union of India, Ministry of Defence, Bengaluru, is shown in the cause list, he is not present in the Court.
2. In the present writ petition, on the last occasion also dated 10.04.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner though the case was called out twice by the co-ordinate bench.
3. In view of the aforesaid, drawing an adverse inference against the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
