Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 21.2.2017 being Crime No. 82 of 2017, Under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. Police Station- Subhash Nagar, District- Bareilly, (filed as Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition)."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing No. 103 of 2018 dated 24 March 2018 has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
