Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Deepti Sharma, Shweta Sharma, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.971 of 2020, under Sections- 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Subhash Nagar, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial.
The applicants have been implicated in this case on account of matrimonial dispute.
The opposite party no.2 is represented by Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, Advocate.
Neither learned counsel for informant nor learned A.G.A. has filed any counter affidavit.
The applicants have already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 5.2.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicants will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 5.2.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
