JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 19, 20, 21, 226 and 227 of the Constitution of Indian as well as under various provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (without mentioning any Section) for the following prayer:
"B).
That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or certiorari or any such writ, order or direction, and thereby direct the police officials to register a case of murder and thereafter, investigate into the matter."
2. After arguing for sometime, learned Advocate Mr.Ramakrishnan for learned advocate Ms.R.V. Acharya for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage with a liberty to file afresh application after the investigation is over. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
