This Civil Petition coming on for orders, this day, the Court made the following :
ORDER A joint memo is filed by the petitioner and respondent stating that they have agreed for mutual divorce on certain conditions. It is stated that in terms of the conditions mentioned in the memo, the petitioner is withdrawing the divorce petition.
This memo is accepted to the extent of withdrawing this transfer petition only. If the parties have arrived at a settlement, the same shall be reported before the court where the M.C. petition is pending. In view of the memo, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
