The applicant has approached before this Court praying for direction to the court below to decide the Case No. 19 of 2017 under section 125 Cr.P.c. (Deepika Rathore Vs. Dilip Kumar Rathore) P.s. Prem Nagar, District Bareilly pending before the court of Principal Judge Family Court, Bareilly expeditiously.
The argument is that proceeding under section 125 Cr.P.c. is pending since the year 2017.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order..
