JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter relates to the participation of the petitioner in the State Level Kalolsavam held in January 2014.
2. This Court, by interim order dated 22.01.2014, permitted the petitioner to participate in the programme.
As the very purpose sought to be achieved by the filing of this writ petition has been served by the interim order already passed by this Court, the writ petition is closed without examining the merits of the grounds raised.
