This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"(i) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 03.01.2021 which was registered as Case Crime No.0005 of 2021 (F.I.R. No.0005 of 2021) under Sections 147, 148, 149, 386, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932, Police Station-Lalauli, Distict - Fatehpur.
(ii) To, issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 not to arrest and harass the Petitioners in pursuant to the impugned F.I.R. dated 03.01.2021."
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to apply for anticipatory bail/ bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioners.
