JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard both the sides.
2. The learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that, in spite of expressing willingness to satisfy the security specified by the Bank, it was not being accepted by them stating that the petitioner will have to satisfy security by way of immovable property so as to cover all the transactions involving others as well, to whom the petitioner stood as surety.
3. After hearing both the sides and also considering the judgment already passed by this Court on 31.10.2014, the petitioner is permitted to have the benefit of the judgment, subject to satisfaction of security by way of immovable property so as to cover the amount payable by the petitioner in respect of his loan transaction. On satisfying such requirement, the Bank shall issue a Clearance Certificate to the petitioner forthwith, to have the detained vehicle released to the petitioner forthwith.
The Review Petition is disposed of as above.
