This writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the impugned first information report dated 29.8.2021 in Case Crime No. 0467 of 2021 under Sections 323, 504 IPC and Section 3 (2) (va) SC/ST Act, Police Station Pilkhuwa, District Hapur.
Mrs. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A.-I on the basis of instructions submits that chargesheet has already been forwarded to the competent court on 15.9.2021and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
