JUDGMENT / ORDER

Submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that due to typographical error, the address of opposite party no.1 has been inadvertently typed as 'Lucknow' instead of "New Delhi". He prays that he may be permitted to correct the address of opposite party no.1.
The prayer of the learned counsel for petitioner is allowed.
He is allowed, to do so, during the course of the day.
Ms. Alka Saxena has put in appearance and filed power on behalf of opposite party no.1, which may be taken on record.
Notice on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 and 3 has been accepted by Sri Kamlesh Gupta.
By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to provide suitable appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground.
Learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 and 3 submitted that the petitioner has already been informed that at present there is no vacancy available with the opposite parties and there is a list of large number of persons for providing them compassionate appointment. However, learned counsel for opposite parties prays for and is granted two weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
