JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is admittedly has not complied with the interim order passed in the above Writ Petition on 07.03.2014. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank says that, the total outstanding in the loan account is around Rs.4,89,500/-. 2. If the petitioner approaches the Bank with a proposal to settle the arrears in a time bound manner, within a period of one week from today, the Bank shall consider the same sympathetically. If no application as such is made within a period of one week, then the Bank shall proceed with the revenue recovery proceedings, or take up recovery subject to the orders passed in the application filed by the petitioner.
Writ Petition stands closed.
